Every feature, one by one

A partner that works with you

It reads your numbers. Invoices and bank transactions, on your PC. The app does the maths, not the AI: every figure shows where it comes from.

It advises you. Ask who to chase first, which client you depend on, how things are going. It answers with your numbers, and tells you when a figure is missing.

It prepares the work. The reminder is already written, in the right tone.

You decide: nothing is sent without your yes.

Questions

Who is Vanteo for?
For Italian businesses with a VAT number, from sole traders to small companies, and for the accountants who look after their books. It runs on Windows PCs.
In what sense is it a partner?
It reads your numbers, answers your questions and advises you, and prepares the work, such as payment reminders. The app does the maths, not the AI, and the decision is always yours.
Is the app in English?
Yes: the whole program is in English, chat and desktop icon included. Accounts and taxes stay Italian, and documents for your Italian clients and your accountant stay in Italian.
Which files does it need?
Italian electronic invoices (XML, zipped too) and the list of transactions you download from online banking (Excel or CSV). You don't need the official bank statement: the transactions list is enough. You upload them from your PC, or link the folder where your accounting software saves the XML files and new invoices come in by themselves.
Does it send reminders on its own?
No: it writes the text and waits for your yes.
Where does my data go?
Your data stays on your PC. Only anonymous facts go to the AI, and only with your consent. Reminder emails are sent from your own mailbox, and every outgoing item is logged.
How much does it cost?
Free during the beta, no card needed. To join, request access by email. If Vanteo ever becomes paid, users will be told by email first and will choose whether to continue.
