The problem: you don't know how things are going
Open it and know where you stand
TodayThe Today screen tells you how much has been stuck for over 60 days, how much you're owed, how much came in and how much you have to pay. And the next thing to do, with the button to do it.
Every number shows its source: uploaded invoices, bank transactions list, supplier invoices.
The problem: you don't know who owes you
Who owes you money, and for how long
TodayEvery client with what they owe and for how many days, split into bands: over 60 days, 31 to 60, up to 30. A Chase button on every row.
The Today screen also shows who pays late, and by how much on average.
The problem: chasing payments wears you down
The reminder is already written
TodayThree levels: friendly reminder, reminder, formal reminder. The app picks the tone from the delay, writes the subject and the letter from the invoice data, and warns you if a payment may already have arrived.
You can edit the text. Then you copy it and send it from your own email. The letter is in Italian, because it goes to Italian clients.
Vanteo never sends anything on its own.
The problem: your balance drops and you don't know why

TodayWhat you owe your suppliers and what's already overdue, your bank balance and every transaction: income, salaries, transfers, tax payments.
The Today screen also shows which client you depend on: how much your biggest client weighs on your turnover.
The problem: you make decisions in the dark
Questions and advice, with your numbers
ImprovingAsk Vanteo as you would a partner. The ready-made questions work today; questions in your own words are improving.
- Who owes me the most, and who should I chase first?
- How many clients does my turnover depend on?
- How are things going? What came in and went out of the account?
- Who do I owe money to, and what's overdue?
- What if revenue dropped by 10%? It shows today's margin and the margin with the change.
How it answers
The app computes the numbers, not the AI. If a figure doesn't match the accounts, the answer is thrown away. If a figure is missing, it tells you.
You switch advice on: only anonymous facts go to the AI (for example «Client 3» and totals), never names, IBANs or invoice numbers. Advice stays advice: the decision is yours.
The problem: you're not a computer person
It asks «Who are you?»
TodayThe first time you open it, you answer a few questions: business owner, accountant or firm. Vanteo puts what you need up front. You can change it whenever you like.

Print the summary for your accountant
TodayOne click, and your accountant has the summary.
From the Today screen, one button prepares a document to print: what clients owe you, what you owe suppliers, the bank account over the period.

Arrived with the October 2026 version and tested on the installed program.
The problem: typing in data is tedious
Link your accounting software
TodayPoint it to the folder where your software saves the XML files: Vanteo picks up new invoices by itself and never touches the originals.

Offers and documents
TodayQuotes and offers as a PDF in your own style, with your logo, or on your Word template. You write quantities and prices, the app does the maths. You save it and send it yourself.

The desktop icon
TodayA small icon that is always there: click it and ask «Who should I call today?», or open Vanteo. It starts with Windows; turn it off whenever you like.
English interface
TodayThe whole program in English, chat and desktop icon included. Accounts and taxes stay Italian; documents for your clients and your accountant stay in Italian.

What Vanteo doesn't do
A good partner also tells you what it doesn't know.
- It doesn't calculate the VAT you owe or file returns: that's your accountant's job.
- It doesn't make forecasts or give guarantees.
- It doesn't answer on laws, market prices or competitors.
- It doesn't send reminders on its own.
- It doesn't read financial statements: for accountants, that's coming.
- It doesn't replace anyone: it takes the repetitive work off your hands.
